Something in the air?

Post by Gwayne's World »

Very seldom do I use the 'Pet Your Horse' option!

Tried it twice today, two different animals!

"Leave me alone I'm cranky today!"

And "Go away or I'll lunge and bite you," were the responses I received to my innocent act of kindness!?!

Maybe it was my "Make America Great Again" cap that I was wearing?

If those two horses were stabled in California, New York, or one of the New England states, I'd say it was most likely the cap. :?
It's better to have it & not need it than to need it & not have it.

That reminded me of a pretty decent runner I had some years ago called Kaizer Sose, whenever I petted him he was either in foul mood, or demanding I brush him. It was funny enough getting those remarks that I made a regular habit out of clicking on pet this horse just to see how he would respond each time I visited his page.

Out of curiosity I looked him up in my retirement pasture, and petted him:

'Kaiser Soze' says, 'There are too many flies around today, can you brush them off of me?'

lol...he hasn't changed too much over the years....but when I petted him the 2nd time, at least he was more gracious than he use to be, he said I made him feel like the most favorite horse in the barn.
