Nyquist nicks well dirt routers and milers, and also with QH routers and mids.
He's listed under dirt routers.
ETA: Actually, he's nicking B+ with dirt sprinters that normally nick B+, but don't otherwise nick that high with dirt routers.

Lani nicks the best with dirt milers, dirt routers, and turf routers but also nicks decently with all the other race types not counting steeplechasers so he is unspecified in the stud book

Updated! I fudged a few of the listings based on other forum posts. Let me know if I need to edit/change any details.
ETA: I hypoed most of the sires in the auction with 3 "litmus test" mares to see how they'd do. These mares have hypos ranging from B- to B+, and I have values for 98% of the AW GP sires and various player studs available to compare to. They give me a fairly accurate idea of which sires can produce AW route ability. I've left those notes on the separate forum threads, but if you want me to send you those values individually please shoot me a PM.

I would say Lovely Day is a Turf Sprinter/AW sprinter. Plenty of A- and B+ for turf sprint.
9 of the 10 formidable AW sprint mares I tested him with so far came back B+.
I can't say for sure if has much turf mile ability I don't have any TM mares I looked around and did find some
B+ but also found some B-.
