Re: Year 50 Fantasy Turf Route Racing -- Scoring Thread
Updated through Monday.
Rough day for my wife Her body did not respond to the antibiotics over the weekend, her blood numbers were high this morning so she was admitted to the hospital. Her two primary doctors are pretty puzzled. They have a couple more antibiotics to try and they did a full CT scan to see if something else is going on other than kidney infection. Also, she was severely dehydrated (hard to drink enough when nauseous from the meds) so getting a few IV bags in her did a lot of good itself (she's voraciously hungry and eating the hospital out of business).

Oh no, Dan, I'm sorry to hear that they haven't figured it out yet. So good that she's eating, though, right?

Just wanted to congratulate Bernard on Sunday Heartbreak’s long awaited win with a sizzling speed figure too! Poor guy deserved that after knocking on the door so much!

I hope I'm a late closer... but I'm kind of scared of Speak With Fists. Not because of the name, but that Million race looks handy for points! Good luck to all!

Speak With Fists wins the Chicago Million, and just like that, Laura Smith's lead balloons to more than 200 points.
KIssmybreathaway (Beverly B Stakes) and Through the Night (Canadian Breeders' Stakes) also pick up G1 victories tonight.

Just a heads-up, Friday's results updates will be late in coming because I'm going out of town for a wedding. On a (very) good note, my wife is feeling much better! There will be dancing Saturday night!

I just noticed the Arc field has been extended to 20 possible entries. It looks like a great race already as well!
