ya this sucks. I had a bad experience with firefox and didnt like it so I dont use it. I guess I wont be able to see the live chat calls anymore

I went and downloaded the latest version of flash player and all I get is a little red x also.

Works perfectly for me emily. Only problem is i'm the only one awake. But that's not a new problem.

Ok so it says on the chat that it requires Adobe Flash and Ive downloaded Adobe flash and its still not working for me. Im sorry but this is annoying me now cause I really wanna be able to go on the chat.

The chat doesn't work for me either. I have IE.

Really don't want to install more programs on my computer either.

Ive got it to work now after I reluctantly downloaded Mozilla Firefox. Is there a reason for the change to the chat?

All of you should get SAFARI instead. That's what i use and i never had issue with it. It works on PC's as well as macs! WOOO Plus the SIM is so pretty with Safari!

so not quite sure why the chat was changed in the first place, apparently by the company who owns the chat software. They apparently hired a not too bright software engineer wannabe without bright ideas...

The reason the chat room was changed was because the chat room is the #1 culprit in why the SIM crashes/is slow/won't load. The new chat room isn't permanent by any means, we just had to ditch the old one.
