The only one who almost meets the Qualifications is Desert Singer, although she's not Turf and not on the east coast! However she is a FL bred 3yo filly! I also have Paole Sky, but shes' in NZ. However she is turf, but she's a filler for me usually. She's racing this week but can be scratched.
