Horse Scratches

So I've been having issues recently with a lot of my horses scratching because they won't make the track before post time. Not all of them, but roughly half of my runners on any given day. This is odd because I have auto shipping on, and I've even moved the shipping back one day, and the problem has not been alleviated. Is there something I'm doing or is this a game issue (which I think it is)?

Check your SIM$ balance. Auto Ship can't ship horses if you don't have enough funds.
Let us know if there is still a problem.
