Y49-Preseason Trainer: 'A Special Gift' keeps throwing his head and fussing with the bit. Maybe try a Sure Win Rubber Bit Holder. They work wonders! I think he needs one other piece of equipment too, but I will have to observe this horse in training to try to figure it out.
