Re: Y36W8D4

Spencer was still part-time back when Laura won her 5000th race. Spencer fixed it. Thanks.

Re: When People Leave the SIM

I'm fortunate enough to be running quite a few stakes horses on lease at the moment. What would happen to those if someone else was running them and didn't log in for 112 days....not trying to be negative about it but just thinking about how it would affect the original owner of the horse. Maybe if...

Re: Chat not working

I contacted the chat service provider. They immediately responded with: "We are aware of the outage and have schedule emergency maintenance to resolve the issue.
We appreciate your understanding. "

I'm sorry about this. I hope they can fix it fast.

Re: Auto Shipping?

Auto Shipping is designed to have the horse arrive X days before the race. Horses that are closer, ship later.

Re: Total Purses in the SIM

I’m just saying that taxes clearly aren’t the answer. Just like your post above said. Tim Matthews in particular had decided that taxes were for sure the answer and he had his plan. I’m saying that based on what you said, and frankly just based on common sense in general, the SIM isn’t going to tax...

Re: Total Purses in the SIM

Well Tim, go ahead and argue with THE ADMIN. Because he isn’t in favor of any tax structure. Have fun attacking him and his basic ideas in regard to the SIM Economy. He literally said “taxing your bank balance doesn’t make sense”. So you’ve lost the tax debate, amigo. He’s not going to tax you or a...

Re: Total Purses in the SIM

Total Purses in the SIM - wow, that is the longest thread I have ever paid attention to. And it is the longest where people have stayed fairly civil. Awesome! A number of times, people said stuff like “management wants to take money out of the game. I don’t know why”. My answer would be, management ...

Re: Total Purses in the SIM

It may be relevant to mention that the exchange actually takes some SIM money out of the SIM. "A 5% exchange fee will be added to the Sim Money that you offer. If you offer to pay $1,000, it will actually cost you $1,050." This thread has mentioned some of the ways money is created out of thin air, ...

Re: Can’t Undo Ship Horse

I would say neither - You are not being dumb nor is this a glitch. Certain actions to a horse are not undoable and those actions negate the ability to undo previous actions. In this case, your horse was shipped, and then vetted. The vetting is not undoable, but it removes the ability to undo the in-...

Thanks for letting us know. It should be fixed. Feel free to try various filter combinations to see if the rankings are still working correctly.

Re: stud listing

In the horse history, it shows every time the stud fee is set or changed. It has only been set once a few days ago. I don't think the previous owner ever set the stud fee so they never paid the one-time $50,000. Let us know if you have data that conflicts with that assessment.

Re: One Small Thing

I enjoy visiting the Sanctum and am amused with Air Traffic Control particularly straight after race results. Is it possible to highlight our own horses travelling so we can see them easily on the map? From My Office, choose Horse Locations. That will show all of your horses and will show a mini-ai...

It should be corrected now - greater than or equal to 10 starts (it used to be just greater than 10 which is 11)

Re: 3 year old Barn view missing

Don't worry, the time you spent moving horses to those custom barns is not lost. You can always get to all your barns many ways including from "View Barn" menu at the top-middle of every barn, or by clicking the "Go To" link in "Manage Barns" and from your "Stable Office" page, you see a complete li...
