Do you have any interest in the 7 year old mare Acquisition? Her first crop produced Grace Bay who won in her second start (8.5F on the Turf). After acquiring her this year, I bred her to Lokite Magic.

I would LOVE if someone would try pinhooking the way it's usually done in real life: buying weanlings and yearlings with the intention of selling them at a profit as two year olds. The current market probably wouldn't support it so well but it might be something to look into at some point. If some...

I will make sure that I put a note on any horse that I get in this give-away to remind myself not to place the horse on the sales page next season.

I am a new player who seems to be reasonably good at buying and re-selling horses but not that great at training horses (Win-16.0% OTB-34.0%). Would you be offended if one of your give-aways is resold next season?

An example from "real life": Like Granny is in-bred to Needles 1x3. See http://www.pedigreequery.com/like+granny Needles won the Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes in 1956. Despite the Needles influence, Like Granny's record was m...

I am toying with the idea of mating Fusaichi Pegasus with Syriana. Fusaichi Pegasus is Syriana's great grandsire. Syriana's sire is BC Classic Winner Storm A Fortress.

Would this mating possibly produce a classic distance horse or a genetic mutatant (because of the in-breeding)?

Maybe new players should be able to enter their horses at Junior High also. On Tuesday at Trial Park, each race had either 11 or 12 entries (4 with 11, 4 with 12).

I had an awesome week! I entered 4 horses (all maidens) in three races and had 3 winners and 1 third. (I ran a 2-horse entry in the Canadian Storm Stakes). For each of the four horses, this was their first start in my barn. The highlight was my entry finishing first and third in the Canadian Storm S...

Trainer Stats for Year 19: 9 : 1 - 0 - 0 Win-11.1% OTB-11.1%
Maiden Wins: 1
My stable now consists of one winner and the rest maidens.
6 of my maidens will make their first lifetime start in the next few weeks.
So I am optimistic about my chance for the second half of the year.
