Re: All Weather Gallops

Angelfire's by Simi Valley - allowance Sigfrieda N Roya's last foal by Jacques - allowance Jillette's by Danon Premium - allowance my other 2 were solid and claimer Great job -- I have never come anywhere close to 60% allowance or better with any crop of my AWRs. In fact, I do not recall ever even ...

Unraced TBs "Give Away"

I have placed a number of unraced TBs for sale at "give away prices". Essentially, I used the price to mark each horse as follows. $3 each: Productive Gallop $2 each: Solid Gallop $1 each: Claimer Gallop All are "peak". All these horse have been galloped regularly since they were yearlings -- so the...

Re: EquiArmor Breeding %?

What’s the % of getting a gallop piece with the training upgrade? And is the training barn upgraded in any other way or just for finding equipment? For now it's just finding equipment a LOT faster. I'll say it's a 60% difference. Long ago, there was a discussion on what the probability of getting t...

Re: W16 Stallion Stats

To produce this output manually is very time-consuming and tedious work. Hopefully, the database is reasonably well structured and Em just had her dad run SQL Select statements to produce this output.

Re: Need Breeding Help - DR Mare - A+ hypo

+ I think a very strong case can be made that Kingdom Come is one of the best dirt router stallions available. See https://www.simhorseracing.com/simforum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=48416 - The records of the 2 racers of Kingdom Come with Allonsy mares are pretty bad: (filly) 3: 0-0-0 Earnings: $0 (gelding...

Re: Need Breeding Help - DR Mare - A+ hypo

I actually love Nighteyes for her because he gives you 3x3 to Maryland Million and 4x4 to Amber. She’s an A with all of my dirt router stallions, but I’d be trying to capitalise on how many blue hen mares she has in her pedigree. Back when Em needed help breeding the year she had the twins I was he...

Re: Pimp your stud LOL But really...

Mother's Day is Sunday. So feel free to breed a handful of your mares to See You Monday and I will refund the stud fees (just send over a horse for a "visit" with the stud fee total attached). Trivia Note: Long ago in the Sim, Emily Mitchell was affectionately referred to by some people (me and poss...

Re: scheduled vet checks

Hello Ronnie, the topic I made is unfortunately named in a way that makes your suggestion of default workout times somewhat invisible. Why don't you bring it up in the "one little thing"-thread, or make a thread of your own named appropriately so that it may be found more easily? I have seen your s...

Re: scheduled vet checks

Thank you for having added the possibility to schedule vet checks. Today is the first time I thought I'd like/need/want such a feature. It was nice to find it was already implemented. It is amazing that something that I could not ever imagine using gets implemented. On the other hand, something tha...

Re: Gallop Improver's

Given how little time and effort I spend on breeding TBs, I was really pleased yesterday to see that I now have 7 Dee-bred TB freaks in my racing barn. But this morning I had a really sombering thought -- the Lauras, Skippy, Pete, Danny, etc. probably now have dozens of home bred TB freaks in their ...

Re: Average Winning Distance

How is AWD computed for a stallion?
1. For each time the stallion is listed as the winning sire, use this data to compute its AWD.
or
2. For each (non-maiden) horse, compute its individual AWD. Then for a stallion, average its offspring's AWDs.
