Ah my beloved son. A year where I alternated between loving you immensly and wanting to strangle both you and myself, because if you would at least have a clean break every time you lose then I'd stop having that insidious "but what if?" voice in my head. That voice is annoying and has no bearing in reality because some times you're just losing to a better horse that day, you punk.

Honestly though, he could have lost every other race this year and I'd still be thrilled after he repeated his win the Steward's Cup. That takes him up to three SC wins in a row and he becomes the 3rd horse in Sim history to win the race twice. His great-uncle Rilian pulled off the feat in years 38 and 39 and I vividly remember both how amazing it felt and how certain I was that I'd never pull it off again. It's really amazing and emotional to be wrong about that.

I've already got his schedule planned out for this year. Zero's Myth continues to be a future HOF monster so there'll be some real tough races along the way. My favorite quote from last year is comes from The Steward - "I can't believe you two want to play this game all next year too. That sounds like a TERRIBLE PLAN"
