This addition really is "brilliant" for steeplechasers. thank you :D

mare ratings for steeplechase now include brilliant. so potential... greatest strength... brilliant

If you had already BSed your mare and she was greatest strength before but now falls in the Brilliant category, it should be automatically changed over. No need to reBS them. I had a mare who went from greatest strength to brilliant and I didnt have to re-do anything so save your $10k :)
