Re: Steward's Foal Auction
I actually got one! I haven't had the funds to get a Stew-bred since Y37 (and I didn't spend too much more this time than I did then).
I don't think anyone really wanted this filly though because my bid sat uncontested for the last 10-ish minutes of the auction. Excited to have her, even if she doesn't have a note!
Super awesome to see some "affordable" Stewies - hope they all pan out!

Rarely go after a Steward bred at auction, but decided to take the plunge:

I really wanted Disturbia (congrats Laura F), but couldn't afford to push the price higher and still juggle money to get some others...
I'm optimistic about this full sister to Dream Among Stars and the yearling Fateful (who I wanted in the last auction, but couldn't afford, congrats again, Laura F)

got a couple of TS foals, too...

Got this one, let's see how he turns out. Surprised I actually got him and even if he's stakes I only paid $400k which is very reasonable for a TR stakes so I'm fairly pleased.
I was gunning for the When Can I See You filly but got outbid almost about 2 days after the auction started and I wasn't going to pay more than $2.25 million. She'll probably be a freak now hah!

I was so happy to see you bidding on a different dirt sprinter. After seeing that you own Sweet Starlight I was so worried you would run up a bid on her full sister Perfectly ImperfectGavin Guile wrote: ↑3 years ago https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1277471

Re: Steward's Foal Auction
Has anyone found/bought one with a note? Named horses many times do, but I have yet to see any notes in this auction?

Re: Steward's Foal Auction
I actually forgot about this auction been busy with my puppy!
I honestly didn’t think I would win my pick, admittedly she wasn’t the best in the auction but with my bankroll I couldn’t go for the best.
Avada Kedavra x My Little Penguin still pondering on names for her.
She’s got the same sire/dam line cross as her brother Titan Redeemer. He is by Hold Above, and so is her sire Avada Kedavra! Her 3rd dam is Pact, dam of Adele and James Dean.
Here’s hoping she’s got something good hiding under the hood!

You're welcome, lol, that was the one the computer decided to leave out for me Best of luck with her, she definitely has a lovely pedigree!Brian Leavitt wrote: ↑3 years ago I actually ended up with an underbid! A pricy one but an underbid nonetheless. Named her Point Nemo. She's the There There There filly out of the Moon of Atlantis dam line. I like her a lot!
