I put half my cash down on the one I wanted before I went to bed last night (incase I slept in), posted in the other thread this morning, had an alarm set for 10 min before the end, and still missed it 🤣 he went for way more than I was willing to pay for one horse anyway, and nothing else excited me. Maybe next auction! Or not. 🤷‍♀️

I bet she'll end up being one of those cool router/miler types. She's lovely!

Sorry Xander, didn’t want to snipe anyone but unfortunately these auctions with no underbids is tough to plan for and know when to put a max bid in.

And Pete, I can see Spatula and your filly linking up to produce a powerhouse

Congrats to all on your purchases!

While I was unlucky in this auction, I'm super happy for all the successful and happy buyers.

I've been happy about getting my bankroll built back up and only made a half hearted attempt at a SB this time. Got shut out but not to upset. Also happy to see Vodoo's colt go big.

Good luck to everyone that got a foal!

Nice one, that was originally my 1st choice, then I saw Kris Bobby with high bid so I mentally switched targets not wanting to get in a bid war. When it was finally time to place my bid (10 seconds before auction ended) noticed Kris Bobby was now on the Ash filly, but it was too late to try and switch back so i just dropped the sledgehammer and prayed it would be enough.

I was lucky and landed my fish.

I'm really excited, It's my first Steward-bred horse. :)

I have one question though, are all horses good in these auctions?
