For once, i'm not being picky about breed OR division! Just simply looking to lease a special mare; something that's considered one of the nicest animals in her division. Already a proven producer of Black-type quality is a huge plus, but if you've retired a Grade 1 winner this week and she rates well and nicks like a beast, hit me up.
i'm better at market values in some divisions than others, so lease price is mostly going to be up to you.
If I get multiple inquiries, I will take a day or two to decide who to lease.
