Stakes Peak Dirt Router colt, 1 yo, Stakes comment after gallops adjustment so should be nice to run!
First workout and managed to get in the top 20 of DR workouts for his division (no small feat in the ever competitive DR circuit)
5F : 57:57 (remember, first workouts aren't usually a horses best work so he could very well go much quicker)
Priced to sell at $850k

Can you clairfy what you mean by Top 20? I don't even see this work even on the Top 50 looking at Yearling Dirt Routers.

The workout was on day 7 so it probably was in the top 20 then but not now.
