wow here factors influenced, the 3 jockey are the best quality, and the 3 fillies, are in the same condition, to achieve the tie, because there must be the same equality between the three so that a tie is thus

Reminds me of what I believe my be the biggest dead heat situation ever. Only 3 of 13 horses were not tied with another horse, and the biggest dead heat involved FIVE horses https://www.simhorseracing.com/race.php?RaceID=429237
