So I'll start sending horses over for the 50k entry fee; accept said horse and return after the 48 hour period has ended.

Once everyone has accepted, I'll allocate each person a number - this number will correspond with a barrier/ gate position/ whatever you American types call it. After the barrier draw, which will occur sometime late Friday night American time, you will know your horse.

In the event of a scratching, the person will be refunded the cash but the prize pool will not decrease.
