Thresh. Because naming horses after your favorite fictional characters is the best.

I have two favorites.

This Isnt Hogwarts (Shadows of Time x This Isn't Russia), named after this song, "This Isn't Hogwarts" by Hank Green.

Revolting Times (War Daddy x Arithmancy), named after a line in a song from Matilda the Musical, which I am currently obsessed with. The song is "Revolting Children".

Zwadderich (Quidditch - Anastasia, by Trafalgar). Grandson of Alix von Hessen. I think "Zwadderich" is what Quidditch is called in the German Harry Potter books but I don't even really remember now. Whatever, his name sounds rad.

Edit: Ooops I lied, "Zwadderich" is Slytherin in Dutch. Even radder.

Way off topic here...
...but I'm totally in jaw drop mode to think that made up words have to be translated into different made up words depending on the language...LMAO.

Some of the translations just use the original names, and some change them. The Dutch versions are the funniest to me because in addition to "Zwadderich" there is "Sneep" instead of "Snape" (pronounced the same though) and "Quaffle" is..."Slurk". Slurk. Such a bad name for a dog. Or a horse (to make this related back to the SIM).

Not really my favorite name, but definitely the funniest name in my 2yo crop. Sheza Splashy Diva Flash Q-Viejo Kentucky. Got it from some name generator thing someone posted on Facebook where the month you were born, your favorite color and something else I can't remember, created the name. It was the only horse in my barn that fit the name lol

Old Speckled Hen, named after a pretty good malted beverage just like her dad.
