Partnership Question

Post by Ryan Whitehead »

If you decide to form a partnership does that enable both players to bid on a Steward bred individually in auctions and collectively as a partnership? So player A, player B, and player C (the partnership) can all win a Stewie in the same auction? :)

Are all the partners required to have equal shares, where a 4-horse partnership would be required to have all partners be 25% owners? Or, say, could one partner be 50%, and the other three 16.67% owners?

That's a good question, and in a similar vein, can Partners continue to invest in the partnership after it is founded? We all put in XYZ at the start, but then we continue to add capital after our initial buy-in?

And if partners can have unequal shares, is there a limit on how much of a majority one partner can have?

And can these equal-sharing partners add capital after their initial buy-in?

It's very disappointing that currently a partnership needs a separate SIMperior subscription. It seems that if all partners are SIMperior, the partnership itself should be able to benefit off SIMperior. Hopefully this gets fixed.
