Big Congrats Year 50 Simmy Winners

Post by Mr. Lord Rich »

I just wanted to congratulate all the Simmy award winners from this past season especially Steven Saratoga and his first "Trainer of the Year" award.

It's pretty rare to be able to win one of the legs in the triple crown race, let alone the entire thing.
Its also even more rare to do it with a filly.

Congrats to all and especially Steven. What an amazing filly.

Stephen did an amazing job with his filly, no question, but Pete, I think you definitely deserve a public shoutout. Being the first SIM trainer ever to reach 300 stakes wins in one year, and doing it while maintaining a 40% win percentage from 1700 starts, is pretty spectacular.

Congrats to all the winners!
