But I apparently got outbid by the just-disbanded-last-month Seize the Summer LLC stable!

Since almost half my bankroll was tied up on a bid on Will You Keep Me (who galloped stakes- I made a handful of 400-600k bids at the beginning and this one stuck) I didn't have the money for my first choice, so decided in a late rush to bid the other half on one of my other options 'Spirit Guide', and I'm super excited to have my first ever thoroughbred freak! I have less than 250k in my bankroll now, but that was worth it!

I spent way too much after getting run out of the fillies I wanted but got two very nice DS colts by new sires, one's a stakes and one's a freak so I'm pleased.

Yeah, that was pretty funny. I had high bid on that colt at 10m, and then got to thinking that I didn't want him that badly, since I already have a yearling freak SB dirt route colt. So, I bid on a third horse to decrease my chances of getting him. It worked out, because I got the other two I bid on for considerably less, and Billy got the steal of the game.
