I'm not sure if I have a good or bad crop, or if this is due to breeding my largest one to date, but statistically this is my most well-rounded group in a while (since fitness was added in Y43). Typically I get peaks in "allowance" and "claimer", but this year my solids/productives/allowances are all fairly close in number. So I'm not too disappointed, even if my top end numbers are down from prior years.

229 yearlings
5 Stakes (2%)
41 Allowance (18%)
46 Productive (20%)
45 Solid (20%)
85 Claimer (37%)
7 Different Career (3%)

Two thoroughbred freaks - better than I usually do out of the gate. Usually, I have to wait for them to turn 2 before one or two jump up (and those mares have yearlings, so there's still hope the number will go up).

The two are:

Gangsters x Lightning colt. I am so freaking happy about this guy. He's Lightning's last colt, and after starting her broodmare career with a stakes and a freak, the rest of her foals have lived up - or down - to her "good" rating. It's nice to have a final hurrah with this guy. I'll have to come up with a really good name for him.

Happy This Way x Ash filly. Loved the pedigree on this one, probably the one breeding I was most hopeful of/had highest expectations for, and she's delivered so far.

A bunch of stakes, but a little less than usual in that department than usual for me - (one of them is the Secret Smootches filly) and tons of allowances.

My results keep getting worse every year, so I just went ahead and pensioned and GPed half my breeding string, including blue hens that had 4 or 5 foals, all claimed and solid.

Rochelle, no one likes buying things from me unless they're Prince Louder types, so I didn't care to put in the effort, especially for mares who absolutely cannot produce.

Well here are my results!

382 TBs
Freak: 0 - 0%
Stakes: 8 - 2.09% (1 TS, 2 DS, 2 TM, 2 TR, and 1 DR)
Allowance: 61 - 15.97% (21 of those are TM <3, 17 TS, and 15 TR)
Productive: 69 - 18.06%
Solid: 66 - 17.28%
Claimer: 159 - 41.62%
Different Career: 19 - 4.97%

I’m VERY please :D a little sad no freak, but this is only my second crop and I am still trying to improve my broodmare band! I had a lot of amazing leases last year! Thank you guys!

My TB Allowance+ (No stakes or freaks) was 15.75% last year, from 146 yearlings, things are moving on up!

claimer, SOB A- BH, Dam has 3 stakes and nothing lower than productive of course I get a claimer haha

Be Blue Together

I sold her mom, who was a freak Steward bred for cash and some stakes horses and got the second breeding to the mare. Be Blue Together is that foal.
