Today is my 10th real years anniversary of being a SIM player. (That's about 30 games years.)
The most amazing thing about that, to me, is that I know I don't hit the top dozen players in longevity, and probably don't even hit the top 25. There's a lot of players here who have been playing a long time! That's quite a tribute to Em et al for creating such a fun, addictive game that appeals to both hardcore racing fans, as well as though who don't particularly have any interest in horse racing.

Please tell me you've been given a SIM Award of Merit at some point. It'd be criminal if I got one (Y50) and you haven't, because your contributions to the game, especially in helping new players, are far greater than whatever insanity I've done.
