Bibliomania managed 4 freaks. Metaphysical had 3. Special to You currently has 3 (one of which started out as a productive so her stakes yearling might also jump). I don’t think I personally have any others that have met or exceeded those numbers.

Here’s what I found tracing the best mares https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=978632
Plenty of tail-female Cadeauje still around influencing things these days, especially through Amber, now that most of Sword and Shield's colts are done in the shed.

I imagine Shahir'ra has a pile of freaks to her name...

I'd kinda prefer to know "which non-steward mare has the most number of freaks?".

Best mare I've ever had has 3 freaks and a stakes from 5 foals. Her one dud was of course by one of my stallions, but two of her freaks was by my favorite, so I guess she's okay

Also, side note, used to write a series of articles about the top "foundation" type mares in the SIM (I had a very, very long list of them to write about, and never reached even a quarter of that). They're lengthy, but trace the families through several generations. Link here (don't mind the shoddy layout, apparently the coding is a bit outdated, since I haven't touched any of them in years).
