From the entire Sale Auction - Everything Boost by The Steward, there is only 1 stallion that is no longer publicly available. When this stallion was publicly available under its new ownership and standing in TX, I spent $320K to have 4 of my mares serviced by him. Given the high demand for this stallion and his lofty purchase price of $15M, I anticipate that he will be again publicly available in the near future but with a higher stud fee.

Mr Dee is correct. J.r. accidentally leased Saturnalia to me. I’ve opened him up. Get what you can before he gets Em to terminate the lease!!

I have not read a single post in this thread (cant read, plus who has the time) but in my opinion J.r. and depaulo are personally corrupt and should be sent to The Hague for their crimes. People are saying this more and more

Without going into the pros and cons of this thread, I just want to comment as follows.....
1. I was delighted that a newish player outgunned the mandarins.
2. I trust JR will enjoy breeding to him for the next couple of years.
3. Being tri distance may prove a bit of a downside and if he does chasers as well, he can expect more grief.
4. Some serious horse trading will be required going forward.
5. Nice touch would be to invite the top half dozen new player next year to submit a mare with the view to a free breeding, if suitable
6. Do I expect JR to start sweeping the turf prizes in the next 3-5 years.....No but he may have a contender here or there.

Anyway good luck with your boy JR and enjoy him, this is a game after all

Interesting sales pitch for the partners.... Last I checked, yourself, J.R and Glen were co involved in about three partnerships together (yes, I know it is "within the rules"). Also last time I checked, you could terminate a lease at any time... including 30 seconds after accepting it. Accidentally leased? Considering the circumstances, I doubt it.

Quite honestly, you could list that second tier stud for a dollar and I wouldn't use it. There are now at least ten other studs that show better hypo's on average based on the mares I test with.

The break is one of those things that sounds good in theory but every year, without fail, there is a drama filled, forum thread during break.

I propose we just scrap the break :)

Secondly, is the SIM Fantasy League a real thing? I would definitely take part.

Sim Fantasy League is for sure a real thing and I have the crappy losing teams to prove it

Just a note to say I'm reading every post and suggestion. Won't be saying much because I'm on a plane Preakness bound, and then will be working, and all that - but I'm taking it in and thank you for not biting each other's heads off while I'm busy. Please. Pretty please. Cherries on top for everyone when I get back ;-)

That's the football league...what I was referencing was the Horse League where he each got to pick like 7 horses or something. It was pretty awesome...and Tim ruined it for me lol
