I know for the Triple Crown for instance the horses have a faster recovery rate.
Is there anything official somewhere stating exactly what races and exactly how much the recovery is boosted by? Like does the fillies TC version also count? Is the recovery rate doubled? For how long?

My impression is that horses competing in all three legs of the TC are less susceptible to injury *during* the series, but the accrued tiredness can impact them after.

Admittedly I"ve never had a dirt router but that was always my impression as well. You're protected from injury, but you don't necessarily recover any faster. See Steward's post, under soundness, which I've linked here:
