The Morning Line Episode 17 - 1 Year SIM-Versary & Steward's Cup Monday

Post by Nini Panini »

On this episode of The Morning Line, we take a trip down memory lane and reminisce about what it's been like having a podcast for a whole SIM year, and we also talk about the All-Weather Steward's Cup races! The train stays mostly on the tracks for this one, but we can't help but take a couple (a lot) of shots at our old co-host, Dylan. Most of our takes are lukewarm at best, but we also say a few words to pay tribute to one of the greatest SIMsters to ever do it, Scott Eiland. We'll always love you, Mr. Awesome.

awesome show as always
and being the selfish person I am I especially loved all the love that my filly Every Noise received
she is very nice filly but she can be a bit of a jerk at times as proven with that sudden last place 2 back but hopefully she will be in a winning mood on monday

The Morning Line Episodes 18 & 19 - Steward's Cup Thursday/Friday

Post by Nini Panini »

Greetings fake horse racing fans! The Morning Line presents its final two episodes of the year, split between Steward's Cup Thursday and Friday. As much as we love going off the rails, we stay on course for these ones! Each one is about an hour long each, and time stamps are provided for easy navigation if there's a particular race preview you really want to listen to.

Best of luck to all the entries, and we'll see you in Year 57!

this was truly great
got late so had to fast forrward on some but still awesome podcast

both having Hempstead as the favorite in the turf mile was not very surrprising
and I have to agree
the only thing against him as I see it is this
He attempts to do something no one has done before him
okay so there have been 3 year olds who have won the turf mile
There has been horses who have won the the juvenile at 2 and the turf mile at 4
but no one has actually won the juenile at 2 and then come back to win the turf mile at 3
weird but true
unfortunately for my horse and Glenns horse if anyone can do it it is probably Hempstead

also loved that you picked cheeeerios for 3rd which is a lot higher than I would have placed her even with that name lol

and did both of you pick Orient Expressions to win or was that just in my head lol
I heard one picked Tithanos otb which is great as I love that horse a lot for sentimental reason
take a gander at who her dam is and if you been here long enough you might get it lol

Nini, thank you for the kind words about Deputy Dog. Unfortunately, all of the concerns you mentioned are things I've been going over in my head, as well. I am probably a bit over my head, but I'm full of optimism until about 10:50 Thursday night, lol. Thanks again. You both did an excellent job. Eric
