Y55 wasn't a total loss for me but I do have a few goals that I am hoping to achieve this season.

- I would like to get my first graded stakes preferably a G1, but I'll be happy at any level. (May not happen but I have a couple that may prove me wrong this season)
- Get better at reading race cards to make sure I'm putting horses in the right races.
- Get my OTB to 40% this year and my win% to 10.
- Write more Stallion Reviews... and get my article income to $100,000
- Breed a homebred freak... (accomplished thanks to Pacin Edgar & his gf Chanctobelieve, Locked'n'loaded

I have four graded stakes winning mares retiring at the end of the season. I want to breed at least one freak colt from them. They all have pedigree to produce stud worthy colts and I love producing home grown stallions.

I have been here a while and my goals reflect that so some of them might ot even be possible in the current season

don't get upset over every little thing that goes against me ccos they are bound to hppen so just deal with it (kind of done)

set a new personal record in number of g1 wins ( no but I did get the same as my record)

get some better mares especially for Red Running Hood who is awesome but kinda got less % han he should have thanks to me breeding every bad mare I could get cheap from aj to him (done)
win at least one stewards cup race (done) (I even got 3 so yaaay)
avvoid finishing 2nd in all stewards cup races (done) (not even sure I actually had a single 2nd place so go figure )
get a couple of more stew breds to boost my barns (done)
keep breeding better and better homebreds to one day not need stew breds ( hopefully on my way but not quite there yet)

Honestly? Regain the passion I once had for the game.

I can't decide if that is to cut my barn down to like 20 or go hard and run a boat load.

I had to cut way back on the stable due to traveling and it really helped. I even bred my first freak in ages, and Olive got into the Hall of Fame!

Goals are as always - have fun, don't take anything too seriously since it is a game where no one "wins the game" - its like running- you're competing with yourself as much as with anyone else and some times you just don't do as well. And try to name some foals with punny/funny names

I'm going to be simple and straightforward with my Y56 Goals.

1- Win 100 or more TB Stakes races. Any Level will do.

2- Make it 5 seasons in a Row with an SC Win. Any Breed, any Surface or Distance is fine, but I've got a running streak of 4 seasons with an SC Trophy, so #5 Straight would be nice.

I want to finish out the year with more money than I did last year. I was over $5 Million but then spent about $2 million between the exchange and stud fees.

Last year I had 6 Grade 1 wins running Thoroughbreds, I would like to surpass that number.

I'm 486 wins from a total of 3,000 -- I would sure love to cut deep into that number and hit 3,000 in a near future...perhaps even next season.

And while more a wish list than real goals...
I Still...want to win the Arch. I have a feeling, Roughian isn't going to be the runner she was last year, so I'm hoping Mall will step up to the plate and hit that homer.
I also hope my dirt router, Aloft will do well in the Triple Crown series.
