Farms

Post by Lucas Davenport »

Two items: First, Parry Hotter Stinks Farm in South Africa has a name change to A South African Hub Farm. I always thought the movies were at least Ok, and I never saw any indication that Harry himself was lacking in personal hygiene. Just saying.

Second, there are two USA farms currently for sale by me: one in Illinois and another in Texas. The one in Illinois is nicely profitable and the one in Texas would be a great location for a stable with a strong mixer contingent. Both are priced for less than a new farm would cost to build, and the name can be changed simply by asking for a name change. Best to all, Lucas

Most disappointing news I've seen on the SIM in years.

Both the above farms have been sold. Currently have a Toronto farm for sale for less than a new farm cost; nice location for Eastern half of the US, and would be a great Sim home location for one of our Woodbine RL contingent.
