Someone tell me again why 48 hours
to resell a horse. ?
Getting one and reselling it... if it's going to happen, it's going to happen anyways, despite the 48 hour wait.
I really hate this restriction in the Sim.

Re: Someone tell me again why 48 hours
I help people out sometimes...
They sell me a horse for say $20,000 or whatever.
I would like to sell it back to them for $0 dollars, but there is that 48 hour wait, so I have to hang on to a horse for a few days rather than just get the exchange over with.

If you're offering it back to them privately, you can do that immediately.Stormy Peak wrote: ↑3 years ago I help people out sometimes...

I do this all the time, have them lease you the horse, you can terminate the lease immediately. You can also private offer the horse back right away, but leasing saves you an extra stepStormy Peak wrote: ↑3 years ago I help people out sometimes...

Next time do a private lease. Then terminate the lease.Stormy Peak wrote: ↑3 years ago I help people out sometimes...

Re: Someone tell me again why 48 hours
Given it says a horse can't be sold for 48 hours...
I definitely missed the memo that said otherwise.
Unless it's for the reason I stated in this thread... once I buy a horse, I keep it...forever. So I never really delved into 2nd guessing that 'can't be sold for 48 hours' thing on the sell horse section. Thanks for the tips on how to do a transaction like that quicker.
And while it really doesn't mean a lot to me, due to the way I play the game, I still never understood why that was implemented anyways? Like I said, if someone is going to buy, then sell a horse, I don't understand why any kind of wait needs to be put in place...it's going to happen anyways.
