Re: Spending going going gone
I peaked in Y51:
Bloodstock Agent -2,950,000
Breeding -11,525,157
Buying Horses -5,205,895
Lol thankfully I’ve been doing less and less every year cause that was NOT sustainable
(Though Buying Horses technically peaked in Y52 at -12,635,786)
**I have no idea how much of these are true spending due to breeding swaps and discounts

Bloodstock Agent -290,000

My biggest expense though is the Exchange...needing to spend Sim dollar for GPs. Without the exchange I would be really hard pressed to buy GPs.

I saw what you spent it on, wouldn't call it quite the lavish goods you described above. More like a money laundering scheme to funnel some of the funds recently spent back to the purchaser of your horse. Almost like a rebate plan =)The Harlequins wrote: ↑3 years ago I have spent 4,000,000 in the past 24hrs, on the real things that matter new car ,jacuzzi, voice activated electric systems to control ,lights ,curtains, hi fi ect,.....you know....the important things in life

I mean you could have left the 5yo geldings with $2700 in earnings out of the equation.

Re: Spending going going gone
Can someone enlighten me on what rules are being broken here?? I'm trying to find out but I'm not seeing anything clearly. Thanks!

Re: Spending going going gone
I just saw others bidding on that horse that was sold to the current owner who seems to be refunding a quarter or a third of the money spent back to the player who sold it for horses that are in no way worth 4 million bucks....or the 100k that they were sold for...just odd looking at it....it seems the winner of the horse shot up the price in order to secure the horse and is giving back the money, or portion of it, to the one whom sold it....I may be looking into too much, just looked weird to me

Bingo. my thoughts exactly Jack. And this is not really breaking the rules, but it's a little shady. Almost like those race splits.Jack Meyer wrote: ↑3 years ago I just saw others bidding on that horse that was sold to the current owner who seems to be refunding a quarter or a third of the money spent back to the player who sold it for horses that are in no way worth 4 million bucks....or the 100k that they were sold for...just odd looking at it....it seems the winner of the horse shot up the price in order to secure the horse and is giving back the money, or portion of it, to the one whom sold it....I may be looking into too much, just looked weird to me
There was definitely a reaction to that nonsense.
