Re: Year 58 Goals
Find ways to help middle year players get past the "frustration zone" and keep playing.
Enjoy the game while trying to get the best out of each runner.

Re: Year 58 Goals
I second Erin's goal, I sort of forgot about workouts after a few weeks.
Otherwise idk. In some ways I've had the best season of my time in the sim so far, but everything I've succeeded with has been a product of throwing everything at the wall and hoping a couple things stick at random. I guess the goal is to figure out my goals.

Re: Year 58 Goals
1. Be smarter about where I place my horses. I tend to rush and not pay much attention, so long as they get entered. That method...doesn't work.
2. Pension mares that aren't producing. I have to stop believing they'll get a good slide at some point.
3. Get at least one stakes (of any kind!) win.
4. Actually start my routers in their 2YO season.

Re: Year 58 Goals
No goals for me. My best horse, Beena's Gold was retired and bred. I haven't found a suitable replacement yet. Just throw my new breeding's at the wall and see what sticks. I just play and see what happens.

Re: Year 58 Goals
Still I think the goal is to just keep getting better
However, there are some things I did in year 57 that I did so well that I think making goals to beat them would be ridiculously hard, particularly the 27 stakes wins and 9 grade 1 wins. I could definitely work on my win% and per start earnings by not racing late blooming sub-allowance horses since that depressed those stats a little bit and never worked out for me (really haven't had an on track improver since Storm Flag, so dunno what I was expecting). I also am trying to get closer to having stats like Cleo, who had almost twice as many grade 1 wins and like 2 million more in earnings with barely more than half my starts, but that is almost certainly something that I can't catch up to anytime soon barring some insane luck.
So I'm not really sure what to have as a goal other than to keep improving and have fun.
I think there's a 95% chance I break 1000 wins lifetime in year 58 so I have that to look forward to!
