I've bred 25 more foals since I was "Done Breeding" lol

How are you doing? Staying strong? Resisting things? I am weak

I've actually done quite well, compared to last year. Happy with myself. Still broke though🤣

I only went one more when I was “done breeding” but it took my foal numbers to exactly 60 so I was just trying to make things neat and even!

I put all my unbred mares up for lease so that I didn't end up breeding them all lol.

Didn't think I was going to go over 100, but I hit 101 about one day ago and yes I am done now. :)

My goal was to keep it at 50 foals or under.

Right now... 48 foals and holding steady. :D

I finished finished at 80. That's twice what I bred last year. im pretty happy with what I did though. I meant to stop around 65.

I've bred more foals than I ever have, and that's saying something...

Looks like I may need to sell/gp some mares this year!

Same as Andrew - put my unbred mares up for lease, and forced myself to be very picky with other people's lease auctions and the sales page. I was trying to stay around 300, which is a fairly significant reduction from the last three seasons, and I ended up at 305 (I picked up one mare off of AJ this morning), so I'm very happy.

I dare not ask how much your insurance bill reaches each year Laura.
