Gallop results without galloping made a huge difference at the beginning of the year with the years change rest always a muddled situation and then galloping for the new gallop causing concern for rest and wk1 day 1 suffering for it, I think I raced the most beginning this year than any other

We never did write up a serious FAQ on this, regarding how it works (just a comment, no exercise/fitness/tiredness/etc), but I think people mostly figured it out.
