Short note before I go take a nap...

I do know the difference between through and threw. :P
I threw my hands up in the air when I saw I Didn't type 'looked through the viewer'

In my own defense, I've had a serious flue, and I've been sick for the past 2 weeks. (not covid...was tested to make sure) - I think my brain has melted from lack of sleep, very little food, and the super high temps and smoke filled air my little Idaho mountain valley has been dealing with for most of the summer.

Also, I wasn't sure if kids younger than 30 would remember what a Viewmaster was....unless maybe they played with their grandparents old toys...lol. Figured things like that and the Etch a Sketch were pretty low on the toys kids want, given all the fancy video games out there.

Your last one is pretty... I love grey horses, especially when they are dappled.

Decided to draw my favorite homebred again (don't tell the others) so here's a headshot of my mixer colt The Red Viper! (also my first homebred stakes winner!)

I am in love with this headshot I drew of my Y59 DMB filly- I just hope she ends up deserving it lol!

She comes from a really cool damside, she is out of a mare named Along For The Ride who is by Allonsy and out of Gypsy Avenger, a 2m SC Distaff winner. The dam side is absolutely littered with very cool broodmares and racemares! Her sire is as I said, Dave Matthews Band who produced a stakes winner with Gypsy Avenger and has shown success with Allonsy sired mares with Best Revenge, Perfect Shadow, Kruger Park, etc. The math is all there, lets hope the slide is there too!

I like the colors and the feeling of speed you put into it with the blurred background.
My mind though, was stuck on thoroughbreds and in looking at their colors, for a few nano seconds I was like...exotics?

well, first I sit down at my computer and pick up my stylus, then I draw for about 5 minutes, cry, procrastinate, draw some more and repeat the process until its done!

doodled my yearling DMB filly 'Winn Dixie'
her name was inspired by one of my favorite movies 'Because Of Winn Dixie' in which the actual Dave Matthews played a musical jailbird who was one of my main childhood crushes
