Johanna, He looks nice pedigree wise. Maybe things will turn around for him in a few races! He might like longer route races.

Well this is boring. For us on the east coast I have to like go outside for awhile or something to pass the time during the day

I am European... and I have been waiting all day long. Now only the evening and some of the night left -_-'' xD Patience is a virtue.

Allowance/Late Bloomer, half-sister to a 600k+ earner and I think at least one other stakes galloper. She's been completely ineffective in maidens and I'm not willing to drop her to claimers.

And her, Allowance/Progressive. If she was just a little faster I think she could snag at least one stakes win.

There's also a Productive/Late Bloomer TB filly I have leased I would love to have improve, and I'd be delighted by any of my 14 Allowance/Progressive or Allowance/Late Bloomer 2 year old Arabians, especially the 6 sprinters. Come on ponies!

Carole Hanson wrote: 3 years ago Festivus 2.0 is coming up, anyone have things in their barn that they are hoping will improve? Or is there anything that you're dreading will have a decrease in ability?

Here's some of mine that I hope improve:
2yos:
TS-Bathed in the Storm-Currently: Allowance/Progressive
TR-Destino-Currently: Stakes/Progressive
DR-Dreaming of Royalty-Currently: Stakes/Late Bloomer
TR-Hilary Hahn-Currently: Allowance/Progressive
DR-Mr. Blank-Currently: Allowance/Late Bloomer
TR-Phenomenal Queen-Currently: Stakes/Late Bloomer
DR-Rain in the Desert-Currently: Stakes/Late Bloomer
TR-Stars Dance At Night-Currently: Allowance/Late Bloomer

3yos:
TS-Sinsey-Currently: Allowance/Late Bloomer
DR-Timeframe-Currently: Stakes/Progressive

There's some yearlings too but I rarely see them improve this time of year so I'm not holding my breath.
Bathed in the Storm and Mr. Blank both went up to stakes peak and I had another 2yo not mentioned here go up to allowance peak from productive progressive.

Sinsey went from allowance/late bloomer to allowance/peak, whilst Timeframe went from stakes/progressive to stakes/peak.

Everyone else mentioned here did not change. So many stakes late bloomers in my barn 😩
