I say this every year, but this time it's actually true: the closest farm to this year's Steward's Cup is beautiful Lake Hamilton Stables in Arkansas. It's on a huge island in the middle of a lake, apparently. We have hay. Or whatever horses eat.

My horses kind of live on them.
I think, sometimes, that it's the sugar high, rather than talent that gets me some of those wins.
Standing near the finish line waving a bag of them is also an incentive. : )
