Gallop Results

Post by Stormy Peak »

I am not unhappy. : )

1 - Freak Progressive male. Turf Miler from a formidable type mare.

3 - Stakes... one is a quarter horse, 2 are T-Bred Turf Routers. The QH and one of the T-breds are late bloomers the other
T-bred is a progressive type.

11 - Allowance types. But 2 already Peaked. But the rest, are either progressive or late bloomers.

15 - Productives. 3 of those already peaked and the rest are are mostly late bloomers.

31 - Claimers - all of them are late bloomers or progressives...and many are from my Foremost line and they tend to jump up in quality...so I'm hopeful a stakes horse or even a freak will come out of it.

14 - Solids - two peaked, but the rest are about equal as far as progressive and late bloomers.

3 -Different Careers - one peak, one progressive, one late bloomer

I hope you all did well. : )

7 Freaks (1 TR filly, 1 DR colt and 5 DR fillies, one of them is a filly that belongs to The Steward)
31 stakes
67 allowances

Lots lower than that which can spend the next few years rotting in my barn waiting for an improve :D

Three new TB Freaks for this YR 59 Festivus:

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1394975 American Mischief. Dirt Miler. 3rd Freak from dam American Glory. She is also the dam of
Jubilation and Kentucky Storm. Pretty darn good for a Star mare!
I'm afraid to go into this one's stall! Jubilation & Kentucky Storm were such gentlemen. Lol.

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1413620 Unnamed for now. Dirt Sprint. From the "sinful" family.

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1425993 Swiftlyflowtheyears. All Weather Router. First AWR Freak I've ever had, and am
very excited about her!

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1289825 Wings of Fire. Turf Miler. Is now a Freak/Peak. Yay!

Numerous Stakes and Allowance, and the usual below. Still trying to get my mixers up a bit; although this year there was some improvement, but no freaks to date.

Hope everyone had a good Festivus! Overall, I am happy with mine.

Very pleased!

Two late bloomer pacing freaks:

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1398363 Soul Heavy, a colt with three top male lines but no good dams or racemares unfortunately. Full brother to this freak: https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1341311 who debuts this year.

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1398369 Wanted Lady

A late bloomer pacing stakes, and a peak stakes turf sprinter.

Two allowance turf sprinters and three allowance trotters.

All that in just 16 bred (plus eight steeplechasers that don't count cause they do their real gallops next year).

The steeplechasers that came through this year were okay - a bunch of allowances plus a stakes late bloomer. Also two some potentials and a claimer.

Also very pleased to see that A Rose For Emily (https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1117147) survived another year as a Chase Freak after paying for the comment. All in all, a happy Festivus for me!

Good luck this year to all.

I got a freak DR colt and it was a total slide!
https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1393313

Dam is a formidable that I claimed last season for $500. Crazy!

I also got 9 stakes (2 Steward bred) and Fiery Eyes’ colt is a stakes late bloomer so that makes me happy!

My 2yos saw no improvements, 3yos I had a Ts go up to stakes and a DR go up to stakes, but a bunch of my late bloomers stayed bloomers 😒 Henry VII bloomed from freak late bloomer to freak peak though so that’s nice!

Mahler is also currently doing very very well with 15% stakes! I personally got 2 out of 4 stakes from him 😁

Overall, a happy Festivus!

Not really Carole no freaks and only 6 Stakes. I need a rethink about the game!!

6 stakes is still good! Maybe a couple will improve to freak down the line!

Curious results, but my lone freak is out of a “good” mare and by Moulay El Hassan. Many late bloomer, so hope is there!
