TBS Lease Auction

This maybe a dumb question but I can't seem to find the original post about these auctions. Forgive me if the answer exists out there already.

Question: Do we get the first foal if we get one of the fillies in the TBS lease auction?

I know that in private leases the steward often includes a stipulation that the first foal is yours to breed before sending the mare back at the end of her 3 year old season. I was just wondering if it's the same with these auction leases or if we are bidding just to race the horses for 2 years.

The rules on this are not clear. I understood it as “getting the foal” was when you lease her a mare and then race it.

Didn’t see anywhere that the auction leased horses also give you a foal.

This question was asked sometime last year too, and I’m guessing the lack of answer is a sign that you do not get foals from these leases, you just race the horses.

True, but I also partially don't want to know because if I don't hear back I just won't bid and I'll have money....

Also it's better if everyone gets the answer and not just me.
