I've got my strongest group to date, so I'm excited to see them all run 9th lol

On Monday, I have Dense Fog in the Synthetic Sprint. He has been undefeated this entire season, has beaten just about every currently active colt in the division, in theory he's my biggest chance at getting my first SC win. He's fueled by spite and will absolutely stop in the gate, Chautauqua-style, just to remind me of how grateful I should be for the days he does decide to show up. He's super special for a number of reasons, so even if he runs dead last it'll just be funny. (But please don't run last).

On Thursday, I have Moonchaser in the two year old fillies' Turf Dash. This filly was a generous gift and has been running beautifully, I'm super fond of her. I'm not sure what to think of her chances, much of this field seems to be roughly equal and I think it'll come down to pace, but I'm just happy to be here and maybe I'll be lucky enough to pick up a check.

Also Thursday, Storm in a Teacup in the Debutante for two year fillies over a mile on dirt. I LOVE this filly. This field is absolutely loaded, and I don't dare say I think she has a strong shot, but... we'll see!

Friday, Something Beautiful in the Filly and Mare Turf Mile. This is my biggest longshot of my entries, I think. I was considering just letting her stay in South America where she has been very comfortable, but... you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, right? I don't think she has been challenged too hard this season. Most likely, she gets completely outrun here, I don't think she has the brilliance to take on Bamboleo et al. But on the off chance she just needs a push to really show what she's got, here we are.

Last but far from least, Follow the Lights in the Filly and Mare Turf. The horse I never shut up about, but she was an unexpected first-start improver, my first really big runner, my first millionaire, first multi-millionaire, first G1 winner... she's so special to me. If I can bring myself to actually click that retire button, this will be her final race. She ran fourth in a nice 14-horse field in this race a couple of years ago (finishing behind Insignia Imperalis who is nice enough to fetch an $8 mil lease, the inimitable Roughian who we're all very familiar with, and fellow Light Up Light Up daughter Amor Perdido), last year she went to Arima Kinen instead and ran third behind Avengers Assemble and Hozier Daddy, so she's got the chops to at least keep up with the big girls most of the time. She's coming off two G1 wins in a row, including a career-high speed figure last out. Maybe she bounces. I doubt she wins. But I do think she has a lot of heart and will want to be up there fighting for it. Big field with monster fillies, so we'll see. I can only hope for a poetic ending to her career, but I don't want to set myself up for disappointment by expecting it.

I have waited this long for my next segment of horses which are tuesday and trotters for the simple reason there was a lot of entries and several of my horses looked like they might get bumped out which they did so these are the ones I am pretty sure will make it in

Trotters I decided coup,e of years ago to have the trotters who remind me the most of the norwgian cold blooded horses which basically only nordic countries have be named with Norwegian names so with introducing the horses I will also try to translate what their names is in english

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1327803
Dagens Dobbel
This horses name simply means The Daily Double and he is the full brother of Devon's Double
He has not been as impressive as his sister so far but he is not a bad horse and I usually think in this class that as long as ur horse is a freak he can suddenly show up at any given day

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1293594
Ramtamtaramtata
yes this horse also has a norwegian name but the words really have no meaning other beeing a lot of random words like whoopwhoopdedoop or something lol
She was that freak that showed up that one day last year to win the fillies juvenile coming basicly from nowhere so I thought she might be able to do it again

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1231329
What A Freak
he is one of my older gens of trotter still running so he came before I started with the norwegian names
He has been very good when he decides to run his best and therefore he might be my best shot out of the trotters

I had 3 or 4 more among others 2 in the fillies juvenile but they all got bumped out thanks to very large standardbred fields this year

Pacers

https://www.simhorseracing.com/race.php?RaceID=1759811
Highland Hannah
she was a purchase that for a long time looked like a miss but she has woken up a bit this year and been good enough that I decided to give her a chance here

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1291043
Robin Rags
had some issues in her first races but has started run better lately and well she is freak so why the heck not she looks better at this point that my trotter winner last year

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1291043
Shan Rags
there is no relation between him and Robin here on the sim but they were actual brothers in real life and here they are now both fillies lol
Another of my horses that was terrible as 2 year olds but has woken up a bit as they got older and has been decent enough to have a shot at the money at least

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1291033
Steinlager
The horse he was named after was one of the greatest norwegian standardbreds of all time so maybe I should have given the name to an even better horse
This is also the reason I love for this horse to do well and as a g2 winner he aint bad but would love for him to win a big g1 like the sc

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1291046
Tamin Sandy
yet another horse named after a big norwegian star standardbred who still struggles to live up to her name
as the others she has gotten better as a 3 year old and she might be the longest shot of my 3 fillies but who knows

See ya later when I review my Mixers chances

Mixers

This might actually where some of my best chances are which might seem weird to anyone but me but here we go

Appys

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1238573
Night Fright
My one and only appy entry this year and a sprinter at that which is a little weird since my best horses of late have been routers but anyways this is a longshot but I still think with his improvement of late that he deserves to be here
haha and this proves how much attention I pay to my horses now as this horse is ofcourse a router and not a sprinter

Paints

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1269193
Daughter Of A Paint
this is the resident superstar in my barn that never really has gotten the attention she deserves because she never wins any of the bigger races and still she is one of the fastest mid paints around tied for the world record last I checked but one of the horses entered she has never beaten and she has to beat her to win this race logically enough

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1375999
Shez On Fire
This is a peculiar little nut that I hoped could go on more than one distance but so far she really seems to want to stay at mid distance even though she is actually undefeated as a router
might seem a bit of a longshot but I love a longshot

Quarter Horses

Quarter horses has always been my mixer achilles Heel so to speak and ive never really gotten to the point where I have nice qh but I actually have as many qh entered this year as I have paints so maybe they are getting better or maybe I am just getting more stupid when it comes to entering stuff
even had one horse entered that seems to get bumped at present time

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1347717
I Am Eternal

I will admit in my barn you get a shot if you are stakes or better and you won your last race which is probably what happened here lol

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1328847
Montylicious
looks so outmatched doesnt he well the more fun it will be when he wins haha yeah right but I cant win if im not entered

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1306672
Flames On Fire
actually was the horse I thought would have the best shot out of my 3 qh so ofcourse at present it looks like he wont even make the race
haha now that is typical
but I jotted him up in this list just in case

I have three TB runners this year. I feel like that's a lot for me, because I generally chicken out of everything. Or forget to nominate. And if you know me, you know I typically have dirt or turf routers.

So how the heck did I wind up with this? Fight the Good Fight runs tomorrow (today?) in the Juvenile Turf.

Two others are making their final career starts. Can't Take the Sky is taking a big swing at the Classic. I'm hoping to finish on the board and tip him over $6 million in earnings. And this incredible filly, Sky Full of Stars, will end her career taking on the titans in the Distaff. I've never had a critter that was more consistent (she's only once run less than a 92 SF in all 14 races, and that was going 1 1/4 miles that she didn't want anyway). Can't wait for after Friday so I can get a foal from her, honestly.

Good luck, all!

Okay forgot about these but here goes

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1377665
Gangster Rap
Whaaaat I have a dirt sprinter
yeah I do but he is only here because he has been a lot better than expected but thinking he might come up short but based on results so far I needed to try

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1328826
In Full Bloom
love this horse and even though it took him a while to get going I think he might actually have a shot here at least to be on the podium
Probably my best shot of the night

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1328875
Old Reliable
His pedigree is just enough to make me happy when I see him
hasnt been all that awesome but getting better for every race and in a not so huge field maybe he could at least be in the money
