Its been a long, slow, and entirely inconsistent road as I build back to the type of barn I had when I left the SIM.
But tonight one of my homebreds finally jumped up and snagged a season-ending Group One race.
She's still green and isn't likely to be dominant in the division, and yet the symbolic nature of the victory is helpful to building confidence that my stable is finally headed back in the right direction.
