I can race in a barrier trial before they’re old enough to actually race. Being able to trigger that jump early would be a big incentive.

That said, I’ve NEVER had a first or second race improver before.

I can't recall, having a progressive type, that actually progressed.

What Danny meant is the horse actually changed gallop comments after its first start, which some do. Albeit it's very rare.

https://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.ph ... ID=1220065 This is the prime example. I know the horse was productive, that improved to Allowance peak normally after week 8. Then after that very first start it gallops Stakes, you can see it ran a 96 SF and won several stakes races after that.
