All you can count on is the horse improving by .01% sometime before it turns 12.

I’ve had several double improvers. Allowance to stakes to freak. Be jealous.

More often the late bloomer comment does not mean future stakes gallop let alone winner.

I've had two or three Peaks improve up to Stakes or Freak.

Off the top of my head, I'd say half of my bloomers to Freak/Stakes ran much better, and the other half ran a bit better, but weren't going to win the big races.

As Darcy said, I had a few Peaks improve a gallop comment so you never know! Ive had a few late bloomers who really wanted to be 5 or 6 though lol

Rather than saying a negligible improvement, did you just made up a small number (.01%) to sound more authoritative? If this is not the case, please explain why the minimal improvement is .01%.

I've hacked deep into the SIM's code and verified that the minimal improvement is actually .0069420%, which I then rounded up to .01%. Please don't ask me any follow up questions, I won't be answering them.
