My view is, if you have them, run them. I'm not sure when/if I'll ever get a nice enough horse to even have a chance, so I've always told myself that when I get one, I'll try and enter and hope for the best. With that said, I feel like I have two that have a chance (even if it's slightest of slight), so I'm running Onyx and Nightwing in the Derby - first time I'm here and who knows when I'll be back (not next year - that I know!)

I've got four grade 1s on Friday, which given how much I've been struggling in graded stakes this year, probably ends in disaster, but whatevs
I've got Chicxulub (who I sometimes think of as the Crayon of turf route fillies) in the Bunburette, Catjam in the Bunbury, Scrabble in the Oaks, and Noivern in the Synthetic Sprint Derby

I have a couple G1 hopefuls without much hope, and I figured nothing I had running belonged in this thread, but apparently this one is getting called so my big event is Dense Fog here https://www.simhorseracing.com/race.php?RaceID=1862429
He is currently tied for most active stakes wins across all divisions, so would be fun if he managed to nab that solo crown

See? Should have 100% scratched. DR is pointless.

Brings me back to the days when every Grade 1 race made my heart beat just that little bit faster as I checked results

Absolutely abysmal results lol. I managed to finish dead last in 3 called races with actually decent horses. Oh well! This happens to me in week 6/16 more often than anyone else but I will still enter the big races.

I'm happy with Philadelphia Blue's performance. I thought long and hard about the Desert World Cup, but I think I made the right choice.

Bamboleo just won over the boys in the desert. So happy and surprised! I really needed the sim cash.
