renaming Texas bred races

I was getting bored of the names, so I am renaming most of them after famous places in Texas and people from Texas

Did you name one after me? I'm famous and in Texas. Hahahaha. I have a young TM colt by Hempstead and named him Dimebox. Hempstead and Dimebox are both little Texas towns.

(and no, I'm not disparaging Buddy Holly in saying the above. Buddy was one of the greatest, too )

Lots of musicians, national parks, state parks - no sports folks (not even Nolan Ryan)

Something after SRV or maybe some of his songs would be fun. Not bias at all. Or name races after towns people can't pronounce just for fun, Mexia, Nacogdoches, Waxahachie ect.

You could also make a mile on grass race, and call it the Willie Nelson Mile High Stakes.
