How to create a stakes race restricted to claimers?

I’m trying to sponsor a stakes race restricted for horses that have run in a claiming race but have no idea how this is done. When I go to ‘create a race’, there is no option for restrictions like this how do you folks do this kind of sponsoring. Lol

I don't think that's possible. You can create a starter allowance where they have to be coming out of a claiming race (or another starter allowance) but I don't think you can create a stakes under those conditions.
