I had a cat that use to do that... except...
it was with the toilet handle...lol.

She never got to the point where she pushed it down hard enough to flush the toilet, but she had it where it would run a little water/make noise and she liked to hear that noise. Me...not so much...especially at 3 am.

My Festivus kitty...(this has to be my all time favorite...the look on this kitten's face when he discovers he has feet...lol)

My youngest sister had a big fluffy tabby & white cat years ago. Her name was Miss Molly MacGuire. She learned how to open any of our doors.

My sister was in college, and for several mornings in a row she overslept as the alarm clock wasn't going off. I happened to be passing by her door one morning when the alarm started going off, and saw Molly get up off the bed, go to the clock and laid down on top of it to hit the stop button. My sister had to get a different alarm clock. I still laugh thinking about that cat. She was one smart cookie.
