We have a yearling thread, but what about your improving older animals?

None of my 2yos even shifted their maturity comment, but I had these older kids all jump!
Allowance to Freak - Kendry out of a Dancer mare
Stakes to Freak - Witted out of She Stole My Heart
Stakes to Freak - Japanese Majesty out of a Farseer mare
Stakes to Freak - DMB half brother to Sabres and Kendry

Also had a small handful jump to stakes

Who else had some good ones?

Birds Aren't Real went from Allowance LB to Stakes Peak, I believe that's it.

Mississauga 3 yr old allowance late bloomer jumped to stakes peak AND chase stakes, yes he is versatile!

Same - nothing on the 2 yolds (no change that is...)

As for the 3 yolds, I wasn't wily enough to not race a lot of them on week 16 to get the new improvements if any - too many with the comment "be careful not to work too much," so I didn't...maybe later.

Was disappointed in my yearlings until I compared to last year's results!
First stakes foaled - all 3 are sprinters - Sired out of Storm, Mahler and At Time's End and 2 of the 3 came from last minute mare purchases - the other retired this past season (first foal!) - second hearts (last foal! but she was "saved," and sent to an eventer)

Alchemy went from stakes to freak which is nice because I owned and raced both her parents (and bred her sire). Hopefully she'll be able to continue over marathon distances during her 4yo season.

I checked only the Allowance 3yo's and had one improver:

Monstera went from Allowance LB to Stakes Peak - figured he would turn into a decent one, and gives me my first homebred Stakes from my in house stallion!

And of the Allowance 4yo's this filly finally decided to peak:

False Spring also from Allowance LB to Stakes Peak - hoping she might do more with herself this year!

One new freak: My Cat Cleo, who was stakes progressive last year

Also had several allowances go to stakes, including two that were allowance peak.

Also of note, did the check talent on a few of my older horses and got the breeding shed comment on Catjam, who is a Grade 1 trophy winning freak, so that's pretty cool

I galloped my improvers barn and thought I didn't have much change, went back through entering and realized I missed Archrivals improving to freak. Oops! Really excited to get this filly going, though!

I'm too lazy to post links, but Cowboy Bebop, Beyond the Sun and Prairie Lullaby all went from stakes to freak. Talent checked all of them since I worked everything early week 16. It'll be a bit before I regallop everyone.
