One? Really? One?

Brave, properly equipped, stakes peak, fully fit. Speed fig of uno. And, the first horse I ever saw get 3 chevrons during the race and finish with one still next to his name, as in he wasn't visible yet when the rest of the horses finished. I think I know what the delusion is, now!

Aha! I forgot to check that when I bought him, and he was bred before type was inherited so it was blank. That makes me feel better.

At least you caught your error after one start. In her eighth start tonight, I finally tried my filly Blue and Blue on the turf -- she is a maiden no more!

I can't take the credit. If I hadn't posted, who knows? I double-checked equip, fitness, and then was stumped. I had gotten lazy about surface because all mine were set.....or so I thought. Grats on your win, hope now that you have tickled its hooves appropriately it continues to do well for you.
